I started at CrossFit Red Bluff after major hip surgery and also after having not exercised properly in a long time. As a result I was very limited in what I could participate in, both from a strength perspective and from a recovery perspective. Both coaches were fantastic in tailoring each workout to suit my limited movement and ability. They taught me to move safely and how to manage my hip limitations as safely as possible. They still tailor the workouts for me and probably will forever, but I am getting stronger and fitter everyday and I am having a whole lot of fun while I do it. Thanks guys...I love your gym...and the new friends I have made along the way are all standouts!!!

First class. I have gained so much in the past twelve months at CrossFit Red Bluff. Previously seeing one-on-one trainers and attending standard gyms, my fitness goals just plateaued. I am now stronger, fitter and ultimately healthier than I have ever been, and this is primarily due to the expertise and professionalism which the Elston brothers at CrossFit Red Bluff show.. thanks!

Adam and Pete are inspiring and knowledgeable coaches who have created a fantastic community of people who are all passionate about health and fitness. Just as importantly the training works. After being a member for little more than a year I have dropped over 10kgs,am close to the strongest I've ever been and feel 20 years younger. If you are interested in getting fitter, having a lot of fun doing it and meeting lots of great people then give this gym a go!

I first started doing Crossfit at this gym, and have never ever looked back. 3 years of training here has made me the strongest, fittest, most flexible and generally healthiest that I have ever been, and I am still getting better, thanks to the excellent coaching, friendly environment and intelligent programming. If you are looking for any of those things in your gym experience, then this is the place to go. You will not regret it.
