Best workout in Melbourne. Brilliant fit out that feels very Melbourne and not just a fad. If you want to improve your fitness and feel more confident moving and progressing on a treadmill this is the place. Music and instructors always on point and every minute is used effectively in class - never bored!

Only care about influencers attending. And these influences promote inclusiveness on social media. Back to the cult of F45 which I’ve always loved just wanted to try something new.

Workout depends entirely on the trainer - some are great, some are not and some are only interested in training you/answering questions/helping with form if you’re a Melbourne influencer. Ok workout but not worth it for the class price IMO. Just as good alternatives in the area without the pretentious atmosphere of FoxFit.

Hands downs the best workout / studio in Melbourne !!

In their website/ MINDBODY app bio, they made it seem like you could get a park if you’re driving. That is ABSOLUTELY false. I got there 15 minutes before the class and could not find ONE single park and drove around for ages. It is so misleading. They have a private parking bay but it was taken. I wish they were more upfront and just said parking is difficult, probably best not to try your luck. I wasn’t able to attend the class because I couldn’t park. It’s a no from me.

Beautiful gym, great staff, love the atmosphere and it’s also a beautifully photogenic place which is important in my line of work.

I love this place. The trainers are friendly and you sure get sweaty and feel like you have smashed a workout!
