I booked a few Gym Sessions with a Personal Trainer. Although the service was a bit amature, the first couple of sessions were fairly normal. Until the Instructor started too get a bit to friendly and asked me very personal questions like "Do you take any party drugs"? He then kept asking me to go on a date & tried to impress me with his motorbike & BMW (which I thought was a bit cheap). I think that I will just go back to curves or fitness first.

Very approachable - felt comfortable from the very start.

Flexible trainers who are very confident in their work.

Have trained with Vic and Dale who know their stuff. 

Definatly staying.
