Fantastic 24/7 gym in the Bayside area. They have a massive range of weights and have all the equipment you need. The location is perfect. However the carpark is a bit small, having said that I've never had an issue with parking.

Nice low price. Friendly staff. Has everything you need for a bodybuilding/powerlifting type program. Equipment is sufficient and easy to access, even when it's busy. The only negative I have is that occasionally there is loud, annoying gangster rap playing.
