I'm no athlete, just a regular person who strives to have more life in her days. I began my journey years ago by reading TNN's blog posts, 'Free from Gluten' and 'Real food athlete'. It was then I decided a life of JERF and LCHF was for me. TNNs recipes are delicious and easy to follow in my own kitchen. I love too many of them to list here! Only just recently I had a consultation with the very knowledgeable Elly. I appreciated her wholistic approach to health and wellbeing. The consultation notes provided shortly after were prescriptive which made them simple to implement in my everyday life. Thank you TNN for guiding me on my journey, I'm much healthier for having you in my life!

I have been working with Steph on and off for nearly 3 years now. I initially started on one of her programs to help me incorporate 'real foods' into my diet and to help with my marathon training. Steph is always there to help me with any of my queries and still is to this day. She has not only helped me with my day to day nutrition but also with other health related issues. It is also thanks to Steph that I wanted to learn more and she was there to support me when I wanted to study to become a Health Coach. Steph has also added Elyse to the team who is very quick to answer any query I may have and also Min the recipe creator means lots of yummy recipes to try each week that are all family friendly. I would highly recommend Steph and the team whether you are a professional athlete or just want to learn more about what real food eating means.
