Costumers service 0 the lady shows non interest to be more polite or help us . We asked couple of queries and she measured us wrong. DON'T GO HERE TO EXPENSIVE AND UNPLEASANT TO TALK.
Absolutely great staff willing to help I called up first before I went to the shop to see if they had in stock so friendly on the phone. When I got to the shop I was greeted by a fella who was also really nice. He made sure the helmet was too tight loose had a bit of a conversation with him about bikes as we do and then left. Will definitely recommend this place to people and will be going back again myself Thankyou staff for looking after me

Jade and Lee were very helpful in helping me size up a new helmet. I had a general idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure of what option to go with or what size I needed, Jade measured up my head and pointed me in the right direction for a helmet that would be great for everyday and long distance use. They were both very patient with me and my dumb questions. I ended up ordering a different colour that they didn't have on the shelf. Very happy with my new Shoei and will be back
Big range of stock, good prices, customer service and knowledge of products exceptional. Will be a return customer for sure.
Very, very poor customer service. Went to buy a couple of neotec 2 and if when bringing business in they were so rude, I can only imagine how bad it would be if I needed post sales support instead. Never going back.
Stopped in to buy some helmet comms, and the staff were brilliant. So helpful and knowledgeable. The went above to help us with what we need and information on out travels. Thank you heaps. Highly recommend.
