I really loved the Tom Yum, so fresh and delicious!nnThe Pad Thai came in a generous portion especially for an Asian palate. I enjoyed the chewiness of the noodles and the overall flavour, it was really good. I do wish it had a bit more meat, perhaps some bean sprouts?, and more crispy fried or roasted peanuts for added texture. I’ve never been to Thailand, so I’m not sure how my preferences compare to the authentic version.nnThe Massaman curry included four large chunks of beef and potatoes. The curry was thick and rich, but a bit too sweet for my taste. The potatoes helped balance out the sweetness, as well as paired this curry with the Tom Yum.nnI loved the ambience of the restaurant. However, it would be helpful to have more waitstaff to speed up the ordering process.
We had entree and main three dishes one of which was the Flame Dance an inhouse speciality The food was amazing and came out very quickly. Service is good but sometimes it feels like there are too many guest for the servers. That said they were very attentive and helpful.

Delicious FRESH dishes. So many vegan/ vegetarian dishes on the menu it was so hard to choose so we will be back to try what we couldn’t fit in. Our non veg guest also praised her chicken dish. Service was top notch and atmosphere suited the weather warm and cosy.
Very poor value. We ordered as we normally would from our usual thai restaurant 3 mains and entree for two people. We are an older couple and normally this spend would get us two meals Unfortunately the portions from Thai Orchid were a lot smaller.nAs an example portion sizes and the spring rolls were the size of my thumb. We will use our regular next time Thai Orchard did not meet the value we received from other Thai restaurants. The marketing advertises to go direct but the there is no added value and we were left wanting.
