Amano is beautifully located directly on the Swan River, with an intimate atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city. The service is warm and friendly and the food is simply amazing. I had the beef brisket and lamb papardelle, and finished with the lemon meringue for dessert. All the dishes looked exquisite and tasted divine. Even the bread and salted butter entree is made by hand at the restaurant, and it's also delicious. I will be coming back!

We had dinner for 4 of us 22/11/2017. There was 2 waiters serving in the whole restaurant and we waited just under 2 hours for our meal. The waiter was so under the pump we had to get up and ask him to order. Nobody asked how are meal was and the female waitress wasnt very pleasant. Food was not the best but location was fantastic. The waiter disnt know the menu or that a dozen oysters meant 12 oysters?!

service not good. Pasta not made in house..Squid tough . Burnt on out side over cooked inside . for $40 2 lamb cutlets. I dont think and Desert had to ask 2 twice. While our dinner company had finished hers. The only saving grace was the fish and chips wete good. Expresso cold

Fast and friendly staff who are very attentive to their customers. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.
