Food was great but the service very bad. No one at reception on arrival, 20 minutes to get a drink after being seated in the empty outside bar area. Escorted to table but had to carry our drinks through the restaurant. Reasonable food service but then the over $700 bill casually tossed into the table by our waiter as he was passing (I kid you not). As one of the most expensive meals I've had in the last 12 months I expected way better service. It really let's the place down. Better service at my local indian restaurant. Tip reflected the poor show. Won't be back.

One of the best restaurants in Perth. The menu is based on the six seasons of the indigenous calender and local produce for the menu change is sourced accordingly. Service is excellent and the menu was superb. Excellent views out to the Swan River. Is very popular and bookings a recommended well in advance. An excellent experience.

I understand that this is meant to be a fancy place, which is why I checked the website for any mention of a dress code. I also checked the reservation confirmation email, no mention anywhere. So on a 33° day I'm wearing a nice shirt, shorts and thongs and get turned away. The guy who met us at the door was nice about it and said he'd check with the manager. The manager came out, looked at her computer screen, didn't say anything to us or make eye contact, then left it to the original wait staff to turn us away.

Amazing food with a beautiful view! However, we have an issue with the service. My boyfriend and I walked in and this waitresses presumed we were only there for the bar, like we couldn't afford the food? We stood at the front waiting to be escorted to our table but was kind of ignored. Maybe 5 minutes later, despite it being 2pm, a weekday and empty, we then told them we had a reservation in which the waitress seemed very surprise at. Extremely snooty staff but great food.

Great meal and venue,overpriced. Slow service. Staff missed an opportunity to make the experience unique by explaining how the menu selections change with the aboriginal seasons and why.
