Post, the once franking room of Perth’s original General Post Office, is COMO The Treasury’s all-day osteria.

Head Chef Kim Brennan and Executive Chef Jed Gerrard have created a distinct menu with a nod to traditional Italian cooking.

Story

Post, COMO The Treasury‘s all-day osteria, serves Italian classics in a space that is simple yet polished.

Serving breakfast from 6:30am-10:30am, lunch from 12:00pm-3:00pm, dinner from 6:00pm and small bites (‘stuzzichini’) anytime, Post offers flexible and casual dining for all moods of the day.

Also on the menu are healthy classics by COMO Shambhala Cuisine.

Breakfast here was delicious. Food quality was very good. I had scrambled eggs on toast with smoked salmon and rocket salad. Personally, I prefer Post’s breakfast to Petition’s one (place next door at the same building).

An incredible transformation from Colonial building to bright, bubbling, airy and modern contemporary restaurant offering an awesome breakfast as well as attentive and caring staff. There’s a $25 continental breakfast on offer with fresh fruit, juice, cheese, meats, cereals and overflowing bread and pastry baskets. I opted for the avocado and cucumber dish with sides of perfectly runny poached eggs and the tastiest bacon. Coffee was soooo good that I had to get another for the road 🤭

Had Breakfast here, although it was nice serving was quite small. Reasonable price and quiet ambiance. Not bad.

Willow Tree - Qurindi The Meat Company (Dubai and Perth) Nobu (Dubai and Perth) It was medium (as requested) not medium well done as most people do and their artistic impression of medium. Paired with tbe Xanadu DJL CS and it is pure perfection on a plate and on the palate 10/10. Beautiful. Now they have changed the menu to ITALIAN and what a DISASTER. They held the enviable position of having what I would class the best steak I have ever had. The new menu is awful. Sorry it is. Started with antipasti which was ok, mozzarella balls were nice Main Morton bay bug tagliatelle which was horrible Wife had pork which looked like a chicken parmie Dessert was beautiful a tiramisu. Wine we had Italian Overall a bad move and change in strategy in trying to appeal to a wider marker they have eliminated regular and potentially higher end customers.
