I used to go to Insan's Cafe all the time because of the good food and friendly staff. Went there recently after a long break and was expecting the same level of service and food but left very disappointed. It looks like it's under new management. The person serving was rude and had difficulties understanding my basic request. The food served did not match what I'd paid for. I would've been better off eating instant noodles at home. I won't be coming back or recommending this cafe to any of my friends.

Nice and bright family friendly settings with reasonable prices the Insan Nasi Goreng was delicious I will definitely be back. Only downfall was the chicken satay skewer could of been cooked a tiny bit longer. Overall, terima kasih banyak - banyak. Came back again and it was even better than the first time. The prawn, squid and chicken was cooked perfectly and the satay sauce was absolutely beautiful.

Halal Malaysian food. Price wise is average for Perth. AUD 9 to 15 per dish. Central location.. walking distance if you're staying in the CBD.
