I took my other half here for his 30th birthday. When I made the reservation I asked if they could do something special as its his birthday. We agreed that they would bring out a slice of cake with a sparkler with our desert (extra $7) as a surprise for him. This never happened. They also never said happy birthday or asked if we were celebrating anything. I spent close to $300, the food was good but not worth the price. The view would of been nice but they were holding a function upstairs and the camera up there was constantly flashing. For a similar price with a better view, better food and better service I would go to c restaurant. Very disappointed as I was really trying to make this a special outing for him. :(

Bad food, service and much too expensive for what you get. Went here for lunch with my friends. My meal came out burned to a crisp, there was hardly a mouthful of meat on my friend’s pork belly (cost $45), and my other friend’s fish and chips was mostly a foul-tasting batter with old chips. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get served, which only happened because I chased down a waiter. The prices were much too high for what you get. You’ll get much more value for money at the cafe next door.

Be warned, this place is NOT the fine dining place it promotes itself as. Poor service, cheap furniture & dirty tables. And the food? Even worse. Starters bread plate, the bread was stone cold. Carpaccio was dry and flavourless. The Lamb main was overcooked, no colour, dry and tasteless. The Duck main was also overcooked, yet had some redeeming qualities. Prices are very expensive, but what you receive is not commensurate with the prices charged, in fact, no where near it. The only positive that I could offer on this place is the view. Definitely a place to avoid

Food quality was excellent but service was the standard of a McDonalds. One hour wait between entree and main. No attention from service staff and bill was chucked at me like being in an Alabama diner. Service staff were amateur hour quality.

Five star experience celebrating my father-in-law 80th last weekend. Nice and kind staff that provided us with a fabulous experience! We ordered the Barramundi and it was perfect, amazing oysters from Albany and fabulous porcini risotto. Thanks for the little cake surprise at the end! Fabulous work, well done!
