Very happy with the overall experience from Mulgrave Tesla and especially Viet. Viet was very helpful and welcoming from day 1 and helped us a lot with test drives. He was super friendly with our kids and most importantly he helped choose the right car. On delivery day, Viet made sure everything was spot on and no hassle. Bravo Viet
Cedric and the team were so lovely and efficient even on a really busy Sunday afternoon. They apologised for the wait even though we didn't wait long at all and we appreciated the sentiment. The drive was fun and we happily purchased a vehicle without feeling pressured to. Everything was pretty straight forward and Cedric didn't give off the usual car salesman vibe, because he seemed to be quite confident in the product and didn't need to pull the wool over our eyes. Recommend heading over to these guys if you are interested in purchasing a tesla and taking it for a drive in the quiet back roads between the centre and Notting Hill.
