I am debating whether I should return to have my car serviced at Subaru Glen Waverley in the future anymore for the following reasons:nn1. Upon my last service on 19/11/25, I told the staff that I need the wheels to be rotated as the left front seems quite worn where the knobs on the tire have disappeared already. Staff was very professional and told me that the tire rotation was included in this service. Then when I picked up the car in the afternoon, none of the tires were rotated. He said the better and less worn tires were to put in the front and they felt these tires with all the worn out knobs are better than the rear ones which had all the knobs unworn. So upon my request, they rotated the left side tires, but I had to wait another 15 to 20 mins for it and as the result, I was late for my next appointment.nn2. Upon arrival in the morning, I asked whether they will wash the car for me or not? Staff said a quick fast wash are included, but no detailings will be included, just something fast and I said fine. But when I picked up the car, it's not wash and the excuse staff gave me was that I shouldn't have bought a black car where the dust and dirt will be more apparent in black. if the wash is not included in the service or if service crew didn't have time to wash it, just say so, don't patronize me by saying I bought the wrong car color.nn3. I asked staff to look at the trunk door and see if it can be lubricated, staff acknowledged, but upon picking up the car, that's not been done as well.nnI know none of these requests were major and significant, so it can be easily overlooked, then just admit it.nnBut to be fair, this is my 3rd service done here, I was happy with the previous 2 services, I live in Doncaster, so I drive like 30 mins to have my car serviced at Glen waverley, but unfortunately i didn't have a good experience with this most recent service.nnAnyway, staff was very polite and robotic about his reply, and I appreciate that, I totally agree with the zero tolerance about aggression and bad behavior by customers, but I wonder why these behaviors occurs?
