Subaru Glen Waverley

We bought a used car here a month ago, and are quite happy with the purchase. Simon was the salesman, but I hesitate to use the word, as he was the least typical "used car salesman" I've ever met. He was extremely helpful and patient, there was no pressure, he looked on their national database to find exactly what we were looking for so that we didn't have to. The shop itself? Very clean and well run, the mechanics are friendly and well presented, just what you would expect from a place like this.

I had to wait over a week for a small part to come in and then another month before I could get the car serviced. Not good enough. The service people are good but the overall experience was ordinary. The car is great though.

I recently had my Subaru serviced here and very happy with how it all went down. Service was delivered in a timely and courteous way and the honesty of the staff who attended to my car is admirable. Really excellent customer service.

First time having my car serviced at Subaru in my ~9 years of Subaru ownership, granted it was for the airbag recall. Very happy with how it all went down. They clearly know their Subarus very well and are even across the typical sorts of modifications. While there for the recall, I asked if they could look into a slight squeak when the car is rolling. They informed me there would be a charge for diagnosing which was fine, then they’d let me know what the issue was before proceeding with more work. They said the squeak was due to the aftermarket brake rotors and pads I had which was fairly common, and that I was having even wear so not to worry. When I arrived to pick the car up, I pulled out my card ready for payment and they had waived the charge for no apparent reason. Really excellent customer service. Will have to think hard about where I take my beloved Subaru for its next logbook services (used to take to other Subaru specialists).

Recently purchased an outback, the sales man Leslie was very helpful and friendly, always provided information we needed, the price negotiation was pressure free so we came to a deal pretty quick. highly recommended.
