We were first assisted by Andy, who was fantastic. He patiently answered all of our questions and took the time to walk us through the different Mercedes models and options available. We never felt rushed or pressured — just supported and well-informed.nnDue to a prior commitment, Andy handed us over to John, and the transition was seamless. John was equally impressive. As we were quite indecisive about which model would best suit our needs, he really listened to our requirements and helped guide us through the decision-making process. He arranged a test drive promptly and provided a thorough run-down of the car’s features beforehand, which made us feel confident and excited behind the wheel.nnOver the past 4–5 weeks, we’ve visited many car showrooms and dealerships, and without a doubt, this experience stood out as the best.
