I honestly didn’t expect to have such a great experience at Mercedes-Benz Waverley.nnI had contacted a few other Mercedes-Benz dealerships around Melbourne since 2023 and unfortunately didn’t have the best experiences, so when I saw Waverley’s recent event on Facebook, I came in without expecting too much.nnFrom the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Ben Wong, who was incredibly patient, genuine and professional. On my first visit, he spent 4 hours and 20 minutes with me — yes, really! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to make my own decision.nnI ended up purchasing my GLC 300 from Ben, and the service was just as good after the sale.nnA special thank you also to Ruby, who helped me with the vehicle protection options. She was lovely, patient and very helpful, explaining everything clearly without any pressure.nnThe whole team made the experience easy and enjoyable, from reception and management through to payment and delivery. They even arranged to pick me up from home on delivery day and had champagne ready, which was such a nice touch.nnThank you Ben, Ruby and the whole Mercedes-Benz Waverley team. You completely changed my impression of the Mercedes-Benz dealership experience. I would happily recommend Ben to anyone looking for a Mercedes, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next one!
Excellent experience purchasing my GLC200 at Mercedes Waverley. Thanks to Rukie who was friendly, patient and informative. He really helped facilitate choosing the right car, and making sure I was happy. The finance process with Russel was also quick and straightforward. When I went to pick up the car, it was detailed and pristine. I started the process of searching for a medium SUV open to other car makes but it ended up being a no-brainer. Love my new car, and highly recommend Mercedes Waverley. Thanks again!

I have a pleasant experience of my recent purchase of a brand new GLA at Mercedes Benz Waverley. My sales consultant Seza Kheng was pleasant to deal with, he is professional, polite and patient with questions, clearly explaining features, handling test drives well and facilitating a stress free negotiation. I enquired about a Mercedes GLB250 and was quickly contacted by Joshua. Joshua was very pleasant and great to deal with, and he managed to get us a really good deal on our trade-in vehicle to make the sale happen.
