So happy with my new car!!! Pete the manager went above and beyond and the customer service from all staff was fantastic at Waverley Nissan.  They were able to assist me with any questions and were not pushy at all.  Highly recommend.

If your after a great deal definitely head to over to Waverley Nissan. Management and staff provided exceptional customer service and they gave me the best price & product information while choosing the car. We went with the Nissan Xtrail and had the keys almost instantly.

Really nice and friendly staff, not rude or pushy at all and let me take my time to browse but were happy to help when I required some assistance. Happy to refer my friends and family for the level of good customer service given. Keep it up!

I purchased my vehicle through this dealership as the model I wanted was hard to get. When talking to the sales rep, I appreciate his honesty not knowing much about the vehicle. However I felt so stupid buying vehicle from someone who had no idea. I had to teach him about the car and where things were. On delivery day the rep told me that a light in dash comes on and not to worry about it. 2 years later I've found it to be a fault by Nissan. My last service at Glen Waverley I paid for extra to be put on vehicle only to find I paid for service and extra which they forgot to install!!  Seriously if would like a Nissan I recommend Ferntree Gully Nissan never had an issue they even wash vehicle for free during a service.

The service department at Waverley Nissan are a nightmare to deal with. The amount of effort it takes for me to get simple queries answered or to book in a service makes you as the customer feel utterly subordinate. Today, after being lined into your "foreman" who never got back to me despite me leaving a message, marks the last day I ever look to Waverley Nissan for anything. I had planned to get my car serviced there continuously, but I haven't got it in me to allow your employees to consistently mistreat me. It's a shame that they represent a wonderful brand like Nissan, whose cars I have come to love.
