We have been going to Ultratune Glen Waverley for a few years. As years went, I assume there has been a changed in management. It is unfortunate that the service has deteriorated. It was a very convenient place for us to service the car. We had out car serviced for its 72 months service. We also wanted the tyres to be changed to Michelin Tyres. This involved a few postponements to when we could actually pick up the car. I understand that car service centre don't make a lot of money out of it and decided to cancel it because we needed the car and we could not wait another day of postponement. 2 months later we found out the cap for the oil has disappeared. We had oil dripping from the car and left puddle in our carport. The bonnet was spluttered with oil everywhere. I assume this increases the fire risk. We are not mechanics hence we don't open the bonnet at all unless it is really needed! We also found out that the sticker in the car has not been changed to when the next review would be. I came away feeling that it was a sloppy job and wonder whether it has been service at all. I won't recommend this place for someone who is not familiar with cars. I feel that I need to double check their work. It's upsetting.
