Simon arrived a few minutes early, and asked if it was okay to start immediately - agreed.He is a very pleasant and competent young man, did the job efficiently, discussed with me when necessary, then cleaned up thoroughly when finished. He is a great representative of Joniec Plumbing. I have always been more than satisfied with Joniec, and Simon has reinforced my trust in Joniec.

I can recommend Joniec Plumbing as efficient, well organised and having high workmanship standards. I called to have a domestic sewer repair done and the job was carried out with no problems. Great!

We need to lower the water piper to allow concrete to be poured on top off it. This was inapproriatly done by our builder (was so bad). Rang Joniec and told them this is bit urgent and they got Blake to come out next day. Blake is very patient and ask lots questions to make sure the work needs to be done will satisfy concrete needs. Unlike the builder's one, never care or listen what we need. Blake's mate Sam, super good. Tier 1 quality. Nice and patient, put himself in our shoes. Very satified with them. Strongly recommended.

Great response and friendly staff at Joniec Plumbing came to the rescue, when our hot water system started leaking. They definitely delivered and responded within the time frame they promised; which is rare and obviously put your concern at ease. While their fees is slightly higher than the competitor's quote, it was still comforting to know it gets fixed quickly. If Joniec was to slightly improve on their cost, they would be a winner with great service and staying competitive.
