Ace Washing Machine Service Pty Ltd

Extremely rude people. Tech was driving to my apartment and couldn't be bothered trying to find street parking (plenty around) so told me he isn't coming and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

I have never encountered an unprofessional customer service until ive spoken to two customer service representatives of Ace Dishwashing Machine Service Pty LTD. today, December 6, 2012 between 420pm-435 pm. I called your office this morning, inquiring if i can have my dishwasher serviced, as it is not drying the dishes.The lady i spoke to said that they can book it for tomorrow, And i said, "its not gonna work for me coz i have work tomorrow. ill just call again next week. A few minutes later, a lady rang me saying that she was able to get a techinician to service my dishwasher today, and the techinician will come between 1pm to 5pm. I told her that i will be out to do some shopping, and she responded, will it work for you if the technician call you, 30 mins before he come to your house? And i said yes, that will work.At 420pm, i rang and spoke to a woman, and introduce myself then i said that "I booked for a techinician today and i was told that he will come between 1 to 5 pm... Even before i finished what i have to say, she interrupted me and told me "Its after hours and the main office is close and there is no way for me to call the technician, when she finished talking, i spoke and said, look i have an appointment at 5:15.... and she interrupted me again without giving me a chance to finish what i have to say.... i just want to say that if the techinician wont call at 430, i may have to cancel it because i have an appointment. But the unprofessional woman kept on interrupting me that i wasnt able to say what i have to say, and she said. " Look you are not listening to me...and hung up the phone. I find that the way she was spoke to me was very unprofessional for a customer service personnel. I tried to ring back to ask her why she hang up on me, and as soon as i said hello, and she recognized my voice, she just hung up the phone. On my third attempt another equally unprofessional woman answered the phone, and told her my concerns, and she said, "Its not even half past four!,If the technician dont come, you call the office tomorrow morning and tell them that technician did not show up and she said those words in a very arrogant tone of voice. .On my fourth attempt a male answered my call,and as if he was talking to somebody on the background, he just dropped the call. I have a total of 8 calls in my attempt to ask why the first woman was too rude when i first call them. I have to use another phone for them to answer my call and the male personnel by the name of Edward answered and i told him my concern, and he was listening. But as soon as he found out that i was the same person ringing them, he said.. Look i cannot help you... we are busy here and dropped the call....They should't be working in customer service, because they cannot handle a simple inquiry from a customer with professionalism!.The techinician finally called me at 435pm , and said he will be at our place in 30 mins, which he did. I find the techinician, very polite and knowledgeable with his job. He told me that my dishwasher may have to be pulled out and be brought to the workshop. Which is not a problem on my part.Now the question is... would i want to call this company again to push through with repairs and have to go through talking to the same unprofessional/ arrogant customer service personnel of Ace Washing Machine Service Pty Ltd? Or do i just post my experience in a social networking site so my family and friends will be warned of this company?

Poor customer service. Shouted at me on the phone with a very bad manner.
