If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely incompetent, rude and hopeless. We called them to come check out our Miele Gas Cooktop which was failing to stay on after ignition. The technician came in, looks at the Cook top for literally two minutes, says it's the thermo-couple (after we suggested that it maybe) and hands us a bill of $120! Then says it will take another 1.5 weeks to receive the part and repair. two weeks later, he comes in , puts a new thermo-couple and guess what?!!! IT BARELY WORKS! Hands us another bill of $155. He says it'll be fine, so we try it for a few days, and it wasn't fine at all! Called them back, after arguing with them they finally resend the technician who then IDENTIFIES ANOTHER PROBLEM for which he wants to be a paid another call out fee and part fee! A PROBLEM THEY SHOULD HAVE IDENTIFIED IN THE FIRST VISIT! A PROBLEM THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE FIXED AFTER CHARGING US $275! Not a trustworthy company, beware!

Trying to get parts for a highland cook top was like pulling teeth. Incompetence and lack of communication between staff meant it took weeks to get a simple problem fixed. If it wasn't so terrible it would be funny. Puts us off buying a highland cooktop ever again.

Gaspro Glen Waverley are probably the most incompetent company I've had the misfortune to deal with. I cannot believe they are in business. Came to repair an oven but left the job unfinished. After pulling the oven out the Gaspro employee didn't put it back in because "that's not my job"!!

Well done Gaspro!!! After 6 different visits from another repair company over a very long time, Jay came in and fixed my oven in one go! It's been working ever since and you have yourselves one very happy customer! Would gladly recommend this business to family and friends. Thanks!
