This Company supplied us with an industrial sewing machine, the service on delivery was excellent and the machine was all that the advertising said. We had a couple of minor problems shortly after and rang to advise them of the situation. I can only say that the after sales service was excellent and way beyond my expectations. They attended to our problem without hesitation and expediently, I highly recommend this company

I was already warned not to buy from here as a friend of mine bought a machine that had a fake sticker label on it and was sold the machine as a real Juki which was actually a Chinese copy with a juki sticker covering the real machine's label. I gave them a go as all I needed was a motor. NEVER AGAIN! My treatment was terrible and unwarranted. The product quality, the worst! I was unfairly abused while trying to get a refund for their terrible quality product. The motor frame just broke from the pressure of the v belt after it's first use. This was the response I was given to my email, My email; Hi, I have some parts of it but not everything. I threw most of it out when it broke and used the bolts from my old motor. sorry. I don’t need to return every last bolt for a refund on faulty goods so I just put what i had there in the box to you without rummaging through a box with tons of parts in it not really knowing what I am looking for. HIS REPLY: HI JARREN THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, YOUR EMAIL IS CLEARLY STATED AND CONFIRMING YOU ARE THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS AND ARROGANT CUSTOMER WE HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. YOUR REFUND WE BE DONE ON MONDAY NEXT WEEK. EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE TREATED OUR PRODUCT AS A PIECE OF TRASH. WE ARE ALWAYS TRYING OUR VERY VERY BEST TO ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS AS BEST WE CAN AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL WE DO WANT A LONG RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS, OR TO BE FRANK WE DO NOT WANT LOSE A CUSTOMER, BUT IN THIS CASE WE ARE SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU GO. SO GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS AND WE DO HOPE THAT OTHER SELLERS OUT THERE CAN PUT UP WITH YOU. CHEERS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
