I had the pleasure of buying a used 4 serious from Waverley BMW and I could not be happier with the purchase. Trent and Jack were amazing, super friendly, helpful and not to mention...patient! The team at Waverley BMW were a pleasure to deal with. From the initial walk-in to the test drive, finance and follow up, the service was nothing short of superb. They listened to my situation and gave me a few options for consideration while explaining the features and Benefits of the car. Just recently bought my new BMW from Waverley BMW. Alain was absolutely amazing. From the test drive, Finance, insurances, everything was seamless. The service level was beyond my expectations and he is always responsive and prompt. Alain is definitely a valued member in BMW Waverley. We had purchased our very first BMW through Vince back to last October, it was a very hard time for us to get a car as we needed for work. Vince tried his very best to help us to secure the vehicle.  He’s very responsible to his clients. He’s also very enthusiasm and devotion to BMW.  We went back for our first service then met Henry from the service team. He’s very patient and professional while answering my questions.  We also had a roadside assistance service two nights ago, the technician came to our place with in 40mins and check my tyres manually again and again to make sure they are all working good. Reset the system for us and fully explained to us why would this happen. The technician was well presented with clean and neat uniform, the service car was also very presentable-well represented the branding.  A very good team and trustable dealership-Waverley BMW.

We recently brought a brand new BMW from Waverley dealership. The end to end experience from our new vehicle  sales executive Farhath was first class. He went truely above and beyond to ensure we got into our beautiful new car and that the entire family enjoyed the experience. Five stars only doesn’t give justice to the service we received.

Everything was made so easy at BMW Waverley. From the initial enquiry to the handover of our beautiful new car. Finance paperwork was put through promptly and the features were explained well.
