It is not the first time I bought a car from this dealer and the staff never failed to deliver an exceptional customer service and product.  Dino and Andrew were especially helpful in explaining everything and helping me make decisions about the product. I never left with unanswered questions. Andrew explains every little detail about the car and demonstrates how everything works. I definitely recommend Waverley Volkswagen as you will not be disappointed.

I bought my car from Waverley Volkswagen today. James from the sales team helped me in every aspect from choosing the right car to giving a hands on demo of all the features. He was very friendly and we got along really well. Would also like to express our gratitude to Daniel for helping us out with finances. 
JUST MAKE SURE THEY UPDATE THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE TO LATEST VERSIONS BEFORE DELIVERY. MY CARPLAY DID NOT WORK AND NOW I NEED TO BOOK A SERVICE APPOINTMENT JUST TO UPDATE IT.

I have recently had my car serviced at this dealership. From the initial contact when booking the car in, right through to picking the car up, the service was exceptional. A very special mention of Rob, the service manager, who greeted us when we first arrived. He was very welcoming, made sure we were aware of exactly what was getting done in the service and even made me a coffee while i waited for the service to be completed. Now thats what i call 5 star service, something that i have never had at other dealerships. I will most definately be bringing my car back there for a service and will look forward to dealing with Rob and his team again (and getting myself another great coffee!).

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Golf from Waverley Volkswagen.  All staff were lovely to deal with especially Dino and Andrew who really went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.  Andrew’s introduction and explanation of the features of the new Golf R was excellent and incredibly helpful.  I could not recommend Waverley Volkswagen highly enough.

We just picked up a new Golf from Eric Ma at VW Waverley.  It was a great experience for our family.  Eric had a nice, genuine manner, took lots of time to explain car details and we got a good price plus we left with a few unexpected extra gifts at the end.
