Total rip off, highly not recommended! Charged $211 to tell me the same fault I advised the first day I dropped off the car. Worst customer service ever in my life, as everyone in there office seems to be poking nose in other people’s discussions, GO LEARN SOME MANNERS MATE, and of course you got your lesson already.
Long waiting period with one month I bought a new car last month and it has breaking issuer now,also with poor service attitude, especially service manager Anson that he just told me no way, just waiting for a month. I think this behavior is irresponsible for customer, and put my road safety at risk!
7 hours to do a oil change and a few inspections. Got a call half an our before I picked up my car to tell me the brake pads need to be replaced and if I can bring it back tomorrow. REALLY. I’ve had to take the day off from work to get the car serviced. No effort from the service team member who’s name I won’t mention to try and accommodate me. The lame excuse I was given was that 65 cars were booked in on that day. I guess that’s my fault.Service: General repairs & maintenance
After servicing the car at a centre near my house for two years, I decided to go to them as they are close to my office. I found them to be very good. I felt the difference in the car straight away. I'll be giving the car for service to them going forward.
Service is good but the customer lounge isn’t as big or as comfortable as others I’ve been to.
Excellent service! 26/7, My remote to my 25 yr old camry was replaced at one day notice. From the moment l arrived l was greeted by a friendly and courteous man , and given the total cost up front. Waited in their warm lounge, telly on, coffee, and newspaper. Thanks heaps guys, so happy you had my remote in stock! My Camry is still going strong on the road, Oh what a feeling!!!

Hi,I would like to thank James and the team. James was very helpful and honest. I was told my 4 yrs old vx Prado needed new 3D camera replacement , Sensors and steerwheel adjustment price range was btw $2000 & $1750 which was all lies. So I called up other dealers and I ended up driving to Waverly Toyota service , I met James he looked into my car and said everything works the switch was off that's why sensors were not working everything was excellent nothing needed replacement as I got told from other Toyota dealership. Got my car serviced anyway it was due only cost me $350 Guys any problem with your car go see James his the Man... 5 star for James!!!Services: Oil change
Great service, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Washed and cleaned my car, too, which was awesome Took slightly longer than expected 2.5 hours, instead of the 1.5 I was told, but the longe and free coffee were excellent.
Excellent service. Staff very responsive. Prompt and service completed prior to time frames provided.
