One star for the good desk staff attitude! Otherwise 0 stars for repair quality/skills.
Two cars repaired here in the last 2 months. Wife's car was brought back on 3 occasions AFTER the repair was "complete". Originally refused to pick up my car after the work was done the first time as it was so shoddy. Everything they had touched was out of alignment! Guy says yeah no probs we'll fix it. 3 days later I go and collect the car and boom still exactly as it was. I have photos to prove it. Was told they had reached the limits of their skill and couldn't deal with my brand of car because they weren't specialised in it - that I should call AAMI if I had an objection. Called AAMI who sent an assessor who looked mortified the car was released in this condition. AAMI sent me right back. I GIVE UP. If possible do NOT let AAMI send you here!!!!!!!

Excellent service.  Reception staff very good.  Organized a taxi for me to collect hire car, no charge.
My damage was only small but turn around was only two working days. Was called and asked if I needed a taxi from the hire firm to collect my car.  Very professional and well organized.

Turnover before quality.  TRIPLE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING!

Returned to have passenger door hinge replaced (missed when door originally repaired) have come home to discover door can not be unlocked from outside. Will need to return for the 5th time due to sloppy workmanship and lack of quality control. Manager said my issues were "Sod's Law".

These guys did an absolutely amazing job. Incredibly professional and efficient service. I dropped my car off at 8:45am, they assessed it there and then, painted the bumper, polished my bonnet, replaced a chrome trim, and even washed my car, then called me at 3pm THE SAME DAY telling me it was ready to collect. Absolutely recommend.
