Walked into the telstra store today and had one lady in black sitting at a chair. Another man talking to that lady (who works there) and another lady holding a tablet also in conversation with the group. Then the lady approaches and explains to me that there is an hour wait. However, if you have three staff members not doing anything and rather than tell customers to wait, you wouldn't lose customers like you did today. It was absolutely appauling at how a telstra customer is treated and to be honest customers are not at the forefront and this is why retail businesses go bust. Serve the customer, irrespective of how busy you may be.
