If i could give a minus i would.
Because of being totally ignored by 2 staff members you lost a huge sale.
I was the only one in the shop and didn't even get an acknowledgement when i walked in and then standing at the counter still getting ignored while the staff are both standing a couple of metres away from me.
I was in the shop for a few minutes and by the way was the only one in the shop and not even a hi just nothing. 
If this is how your staff treats customers no wonder i was the only one in the store.
I WON'T BE BACK AND WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE!!!
