The service that I got today from the ''blond'' lady with fake eyelashes behind the counter was beyond appalling. She was so rude from the get go. When I handed it the stuff that I wanted to purchase she blurted out what charity bag are you taking today? As if I had to. Her tone and attitude were horrendous didn't look at us for a second and also one of the items was marked half price incorrectly and just told me in a ver rude manner that it was incorrect. No apologies no nothing.Shocking
I understand the need to upsell products, however the lady at the front counter told me there were “no normal paper bags” when in fact I saw them behind the counter. It’s pretty frustrating because not everyone wants a collection of the cotton on bags. Otherwise fine.
Nice sized store. Friendly staff. I wish they had more for the tweenagers- 12yr old girls.
A nice clothing store in the Stockland Mall Shopping Centre. This is a more economical brand that stocks feminine, fashionable clothing and accessories. More for the younger age groups and I have bought some lovely work tops and jackets from this store for my younger family members as gifts and they have always been really pleased with the purchases. The clothing usually lasts a couple of seasons washes quite well. They stock a wide size range of a reasonable quality and the prices are economical. The staff are always helpful and very willing to assist me with my choices.
This is a great store filled with new products for all of family members. The staff are friendly and helpful.
