Ordered online...order arrived fine. double charged my account to the tune of $600 I called when i noticed on my bank statements the next day. Customer service said they were on top of it. A week later and the transaction has been completed not pending and surf dive n ski now has $1200 from me. Spent an hour on hold to customer service today - no answer Called head office - was assured someone would call me back within the hour. I got my wetsuits - that will placate me for now. However, you will never get another cent from me or anyone I know. Borderline criminal.
Great local surf store. Good range and friendly staff.
