Found the two staff , friendly and helpful. Bought the iPad Pro on the 7/8/17 , the only shop that could supply the 256gb model, and incidentally they answered their phone promptly , unlike Robina Town Centre optus , ie six logged calls no answer.

After ordering a new iPhone, I was sold Apple Airpods. 9 months later they have still not arrived. The management seem to have no clue how to remove this from my bill or give me a refund. I've wasted so much time chasing it up. They always say they will call me back and rarely do. Finally they say it will be refunded and it's still on my bill 9 months later, so they have literally done nothing to solve the issue. These guys are useless.

I recently bought a urban samsung s8 protection screen from Burleigh stockland optus and i was unhappy with it from the moment i put it on. My phone wasnt functioning the same with it on and when i went for a run the screen also moved which wasnt very good when this screens purpose is meant to protect it. I rang them the same day i bought it and they said bring it back for a refund. So in the meantime i obviously went and got another branded screen from a shop near my work because i didn't want my new phone from optus to be unprotected. When i went into the store at optus burleigh stockland and explained the situation, the guy said he wasnt going to give me a refund because i went and bought another one from a different store by choice... lol... what a joke and what a way to treat a loyal customer thats been with optus for 18 years. Definitely wont be going back to burleigh optus BY CHOICE....
