I really love Burleigh store. When there are member discounts, I can find great deals on high-quality products. The prices become very reasonable, and the shopping experience is always enjoyable. The staff in the store is very nice as well. Highly recommended!
Went to buy a bike. Had to ask for assistance, the young guy Kai but name on receipt was Bryce, basically said he knew nothing about the bike. But apart from that, it seem to go well. I was happy with my purchase and did appreciate his selling. As someone who works in retail, in a management role, my suggestion is for the staff to be trained, as would definitely help in furthering the sales budgets...
We had exceptional service from Cruz today. Friendly, polite and professional. He was very accommodating in helping us with an exchange, which we really appreciated, as we had purchased some shoes for a gift. What a legend. Thanks Cruz!
Went in to get our last remaining items required for hiking and was met with the biggest legend at the counter Tyler. We were already very happy with the Black Friday deals but he topped off the experience with great customer service.
On ordering a Xmas gift before just Xmas and finding out that the pick up didn't happen on the 23rd, we are still waiting.nCalling the store no one answers, email customer service, one reply. Yes we will look into this for you. That was three day's ago, no reply since. This is terrible service, Xmas period or not, no follow up call re failed pick up. NO reply from your customer service. My sons birthday to day and still no SWAG has arrived.nActually someone did reply actually three days ago to say it would be on it's way and he was aware it was still sitting there in store but nothing since. NO courtesy call, ZIP. And they still want to charge a delivery fee.nnLast time I will order from store.
