Hi. I purchased a spinning rod and reel today at West Burleigh. The 2 young fellows on the fishing counter were extremely honest and helpful and went out of their way to offer me help and suggestions. I thank them for their service.

Large Anaconda store located at the Stockland Burleigh Heads shopping town.nVery well stocked with display items well spaced out, including large tents, tables, Bar BQ, refrigeration and more.nGives you the ability to inspect at all angle and for items like chairs try them out.nGot what I was after at a good price.nnPractices a functional Covid protocol and has a QR system in place. Wheel Chair friendly, public toilets onsite.
I am extremely dissatisfied by the ‘customer service’ I experienced this afternoon by Charlie. She was rude and did the absolute bare minimum. She definitely needs some training on how to interact with customers or a different job!! Lacking basic skills like manners, friendly attitude and clear communication.nnTwo stars because they had the product I was after in stock and have had previous positive experiences with staff members.
Seems unfair that this store gets my bad rating as it’s the company not the store that has let the brand down. Ordered a headlamp online and it stopped working about 8 months later. Contacted the online support to get nothing but a run around with requests that I drive a 4 hour round trip to the store. Requested on 2 different occasions for a manager to call me and this was just ignored with more emails saying I must go to a store. I then contacted sea to summit directly, 1 email and 2 photos and my new headlamp was posted. I won’t purchase from the stores no longer I’ll just buy direct.
