4WD Supacentre

Absolute scam of a company!! Don’t NOT ever buy from here. I went in to buy a pump for our SUP at 4W drive Supercentre at Varsity lakes Qld I paid for it and went to the car. When I showed my husband I realised I had accidentally got the wrong one so went straight back in to get a refund and buy the correct one. I was told I would not be getting my money back and that I could only get a store credit. How is this even legal I had the product in my hands for all of 2 mins and they would not refund me!! They were completely rude to me and showed me some form on the computer that they don’t refund. When buying a product I have never ever had an issue with a refund if it was incorrect. They need to point this out to people BEFORE buying!! I will NEVER ever shop here again!!

Terrible service. We were there for 20 mins wanting to talk with someone about a couple of different products and seek advice. I approached two staff who each said they would be with us shortly. I then saw them working behind the counter as cashiers. There were already three other cashiers there who for most of the 20 mins weren't serving anyone. Too many cashiers and not enough floor staff. After 20 mins we left and went to BCF where we received prompt and knowledgeable assistance and spent $700+ there instead. Don't intend to return.

Store manager refused to honour the marked price on an item. I wasn't the only customer being refused. False advertising and misleading pricing is against the law.

Bad customer service. Don’t know what they have been employed for. Spoke to Aleisha and said she can’t even update an email address that one of her colleague wrongly input in their system. Even, i created an account my order does not show up in the account. How can we follow up on our order then? What she said to call in a couple of days and there is no way to speak to the Salesperson in that store who sold the item to me.

We placed a "click and collect" order with the supacentre. The process was very easy, and the staff were friendly. The warehouse staff helped put the item in my car. Thank you

Had to return an item my partner bought that did not suit my vehicle. No issues whatsoever. The staff were very accommodating.

Love there products. Recently ordered a awning. That was on the 5th Nov. Rang the customer service spoke to Sue. Explained that we were going away on the 13 nov. And delivery was ear marked 18 Nov. Any chance we can get a store credit and cancel order. Sue explained yes but would take 3 days to organise. Never heard back from Sue. We were not expecting a del to take so long. We have left on our holiday with no awning. Thank you Sue for great customer service. Not. If we had been advised that the product was coming from WA no way would we have ordered it. Thanks you. Max

purchased the kings exclusive 2x2 in house gazebo within the last 3 months used the product in total three times and the thing is falling apart. Point in the metal frame has broken and poses a serious dangers and serious harm. Tried to take it back at another 4x4 store with no assistance for exchange or refund. In the process of getting legal advise.

The staff in this store is truely amazing. I had the best service experience as a backpacker in this store so far. Too bad I can't give more then 5 stars.

Not the fault of the Varsity Store but Kings Online. Interesting that you are not able to post reviews of the company as a whole only individual stores. Ordered goods online and received shipping notification's labelled with the wrong address. Courier notified that they were unable to deliver because of the incorrect address. Called Kings who claimed it was the couriers fault not theirs. Spoke with the Courier who said the fault was with Kings. Spoke with Kings freight line who admitted the incorrectly addressed the shipment and would correct the mistake and get back to me and have the package delivered. 24hrs later nothing from Kings. Emailed the courier who said I could collect from the depot if Kings authorised it. Spoke to Kings who were back to claiming it was all the fault of the Courier and thazt the issue would have to escalated to management. Was told I would hear back straight away. 24hrs later no response so I call customer service who was incredibly rude and again claimed it was not "Their fault" as the sent the goods with a Courier so from that point on "It has nothing to do with them" When asked if they were the people who decided on engaging the courier and if they were the company that sold the goods and arranged all packaging including the wrong address being issued on the shipment, how could it not be their responsibility I was told, "There is nothing to be done and you will get your goods when they arrive". She then went on to claim that as it was within their shipping policy timeline she was not required to do anything further. Rude arrogant and unhelpful and $wd Supacentre as a company obviously cares nothing for individual problems with their staff and business. Just to be clear I will not be responding to this review as to do so will remove the review from their listing under google policy - of which 4wd supacentre is obviously aware - which is why they ask it to be done to all negative reviews.
