Great magazines ,beautiful place to sit and wait ,good coffee and they put better tires on than the ones that they said they would and didn't charge me so that's definitely a five-star for me.

After reading several reviews I decided to get a wheel alignment with Jax Burleigh, my car was pulling to the left which was wearing the Tyre out. They were polite and the service was reasonable however after getting my car back it felt exactly the same, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. A week later my father (a mechanic) and I were working on another issue with the front strut and took both front Tyres off only to discover the bolts were close to seized... needless to say they hadn’t even been touched in a very long time. No wonder the car felt the same. No alignment had be done and they were happy to charge me $100 for basically rotating the tyres, something I can do myself. I feel completely ripped off and will never be going back here.

I continue to use Jax Tyres on a regular basis. Great service and David has very good product knowledge.
