Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto

Awesome Mechanic. We've been using them for all our vehicles for the past 6 months and found them to be amazing. We've always found them to be very straight up, no BS, and great workmanship. In one case where there was a fault with some work they undertook, they took full responsibility for it (no blaming shifting whatsoever) and made it a priority to rectify and fix ASAP, without charge. Would happily recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately I would never recommend this business as they are dishonest and manipulative. My husband caught them out doing an unnecessary tyre change for a safety cert on my vehicle. When they were challenged with this they refused to hand over the vehicle unless we payed not only for the new tyre (that was not needed) but also the safety cert, which of course they would not issue with the old tyre on. When they were asked to put the old tyre back on they said it had been "thrown out" They informed me that all the tyres on the vehicle had to be the same brand and exactly the same tyre to be legal, I trusted them to be honest with me and agreed to the change without talking to hubby first. The tyre they took off was less than six months old was put on by these same guys and cost almost $300. Disgraceful

This Mechanic is absolutely wonderful! They give great customer service giving the best advice and always trying to help! They look after your vehicle very well, have no complaints! Have told and will continue to tell family and friends! Would recommend any time!!!! Thankyou very much!

Thank-you too for the additional assistance when it came to my stroller, toddler and baby organisation!! I will be back and tell all my family had friends about you too! Keep up the great work!!

Will never take another car to this place! Took in my wifes car in to get a puncture repaired but noticed 2 weeks later that the tyre was still going down. Checked the tyre and noticed the puncture was still there, and no repair had been done! Took it back to Bridgestone Burleigh who repaired the puncture second time round but still charged us another $30! When I asked them what they charged us $30 for in the first instance the guy was vague and wouldn't answer the question. Essentially it seems we paid them $30 the first time to just pump up our tyres. Very disappointed, would not recommend this place to anyone.
