Spotlight West Burleigh

Can't fault it really, would give 5 stars if I was a little more caring about linen and curtains. As it was, I did what I had to do and was totally satisfied with the outcome. Others may reach a higher plane of ecstatic appreciation, all I can say is "Yay! Go you! You fabulous fabric appreciating sons and daughters of guns... Rock on!

Different pricing on the end of the rolls to what it is at the register... Pretty sure that's violating consumer rights... Then to top it off a 40% off sign within 10cm of some fabric. Then go to check the price... Oh no that's not 40% off the shelf below is 40% off. Absolutely disgusting pricing strategy.

Very helpful staff member helped me order double curtain racks which I was confused about. All sorted. Best to go when not too busy though as they seem under staffed as nobody can help when there is a long line at the material counter. These ladies work hard and try their best but they could do with more help during busy times.

Easy parking, good selection, helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk across carpark to other retailers and food options, close to clean toilets and parent rooms.

The worst Spotlight I have ever been .. if there was 4 th counter for us to be tossed around .. just lazy service staffs.. it was only the old lady from the dress making counter very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience .. and then after all the tossing around and we got the right price and items we came back to the furnishing counter to pay and one staff who tried to be helpful but NOT .. I said can we pay here with you .. REPLIED … u need to get In the queue and WAIT!! What the hell is wrong with these people serving here !! After all the inconvenience we had couldn’t be bother be courteous enough to serve and want us to queue … she is not doing anything worth $275 purchased .,

Fairly large Spotlight. Massive range of products and decent stock levels. Plenty of parking. Worth a visit if you need household goods

Huge store well laid out, parking is easy and access to the store is flat, prices are a bit high but they have specials and members discount. Be aware no toilets in this complex,but you can get access through to Stockland shopping centre. They need more staff, but the current staff are friendly and helpful. They also need to take into consideration their aisles it is hard to get down because of the amount of stock, it is hard for walkers,prams and trolleys etc.

Great customer service, especially in the fabric and sewing section. Thanks heaps to Mia, made my shopping experience easy!

What a delight to be served by Kaz today who helped me sort my cushion inners. 5 star customer service and an asset to the Spotlight brand!
