My word this Spotlight is filled to the brim with anything and everything one may need to create!nI was pleasantly surprised by the huge array of sewing patterns available, and was even more surprised to see they had patterns for Victorian gowns and other eras in history!nThe array of different fabrics available too was good, and at great prices.nIt was interesting to see dresses sewn already on the dress models in store, and imagine what the fabric would look like as a dress, or in that style. This is very helpful!
I had the measure and quote done in early March. It’s nearly half way through June and only a few products have been installed. At terrible quality. After multiple attempts to contact to “head office” I was constantly told I would receive a call back from managers who all seemed to be out at the time that I called. I had to get in touch with the quotes team to finally get through, the products were sitting in the store with no communication about what was happening. After lengthy back and forth, they finally realised they had the products in the store for that time. No one had bothered to tell me. I was advised by the measure and quote team who were helpful. Then the products arrive nearly 4 months later. Still missing pieces. Outside awnings not to fit, and to be told they don’t make that size… “made2measure” kind of a self defeating name? The tradesmen rock up who done a good job. No fault of theirs. Install sub par products. I inspect the blinds to find they have absolute rubbish quality equipment. The handles snapped and used key chain clips with weak non UV spec plastic handles. Photos to follow. I can’t keep talking about how endless this painful process was. Let alone the price I paid for assured quality products. Go else where! Use local business.
The membership program is worth it!nnGreat sized Spotlight store with loads of options.nnCostume section abundant.nKids linen well appointed.nVery large rugs section.nnPro tip, take a trolley in with you so you can get through it quick!nSo many well stocked sections.nnCherry staff ;nThanks team
It's a place blokes don't usually go to, but I needed a cord for my work shorts. Don't worry guys, it was painless and staff are really helpful and I got my cord. Would highly recommend lots of stuff there. Go for it, I will be back for sure...
A really excellent experience at the store thanks to Kate. She was super helpful efficient honest and knowledgeable handling multiple customers at the same time. She checked up on me and helped me make the right decision in an area I know little about. Find what makes you happy, keep doing that Kate and the world is yours
