Went shopping at sports girl Burleigh today, was the most horrible customer service experience I’ve had since I can remember. I was in the store a good 20mins trying on shoes - was completely ignored by the sales consultant when other people walked in after me and were greeted warmly. The experience actually made me feel anxious to be in the store, I brought two pairs of shoes and she didn’t make an effort to be hospitable at all, couldn’t even look at me in the eye at all even when she handed my my parcel at the end of the transaction, felt like I was an inconvenience or not good enough for her. I left feeling anxious and horrible and wishing I had said something.
Awsome shop one of my favourites!
