Good all-day menu. Fast forward to revise my review. I have been back a number of times now and the staff are friendly and happy I'm not complaining about anything but asking for hollandaise on the side didn't happen or some ice cubes in my coffee to cool it down. These were spoken clearly and it didn't register with the young staff. I'll be back sometime
I’ve been fortunate enough to see the team a few times a week for lunch for the better part of a year as I work in the centre. All of them are so incredible and I’m endlessly grateful for the lengths they go to, to make sure the food and service is perfect. Always so friendly, smiling and are always genuinely happy to see you. The wait times are always short and the coffees come out the perfect temperature. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the entire team x
Today my son and I came in to have a breakky together and unfortunately the experience was unpleasant. We ordered our drinks, cheese toastie and smash avo with an fried egg. My son, who mind you is 5 and a slow eater, recevied his cheese toastie and ate just over 1/2 of it, when I noticed my breakky was on the kitchen bench. I waited at least another 10 minutes, with my brekky still on the kitchen bench, before I approached staff behind the counter and asked if I can just grab my breakky, and I was informed they will bring it right away. I than waited another 5 minutes before my breakky was brought to me. Unfortunately the smash avo with egg was inedible, the egg was cold, there was way too much avo, there were chucks on avo, hardly any fetta cheese, pumpkin seeds were far few in between, nil seasoning. I have had smash avo at Coffee Club Stocklands before and it was great, but this time,it has left less than a desirable taste. While there appeared not to be enough staff, the lady who was the only one working on the floor taking orders to the tables, cleaning the tablets, sorry didn't get her name she was wearing glasses, has black hair half up and bottom half shaven off was really friendly. The coffee was great too.
Used the Skip the queue app on an outside table. 5 min to place order then it didn’t work. Had to order instead inside . Staff member had no idea what she was doing 5 min . Order inside $1 more expensive. Due to the long process my wife forgot to ask for lactose free milk . When it arrived we asked for lactose free . Manager wanted to charge an extra 80c . We refused and he said would refund the money for coffee. Pathetic customer service. We wont be back !!!
Coffee tasted amazing and came out in a timely manner, meals were presented beautifully and tasted just as good. Good value and overall pleasant experience. They were happy to accommodate my needs and all had a friendly smile.
Great food, great place to see mates and have a coffee. The coffee is always reliably good. Kayla, Nadia and Kyle are always fantastic. Thanks for always making me feel seen and appreciated.
Tables are cleaner at McDonald's and Hungry Jack's! OMG, not busy at all, plates on tables, food and gunk on tables with staff walking around doing sugar refills while older staff behind counter was doing nothing. We asked to get table cleared, plates were taken but food scraps and gunk left on table and staff returned to fill sugar. Head off franchise needs to teach this store how to operate. Disgusting grubby tables. After waiting 10mins for table to be cleaned having asked twice, we left. Older staff behind counter seemed bilwilderd by the idea that customers would like the table clean to eat. Lucky we hadn't ordered. Who knows what the state of the kitchen is like of tables are presented so grubby and dirty. NOTE: Reply from owner is factually incorrect. Nice try to cover up your poor standards of service.
Pricey average food, and the slowest service in all of Queensland. took about 20 minutes to order and get my food an iced coffee and a croissant when the restaurant wasn’t really that busy.
Nice food and nice staff but the wait times were a bit too long
Lovely staff. Tasty coffee. Not burnt and drinkable imeediately. Store busy but service fast. Burleigh Stocklands. Big tick
