Wow. What a poor display of customer service. To walk into a coffee shop and have two staff members completely ignore you whilst they talk to a friend is absolutely appalling. Not making coffee, not serving customer but still don't have time to even acknowledge you? No problem, I'll go to the muffin break that is 20 feet away instead. It's not hard to serve a customer. Do your job.
