This lovely little rustic themed cafe is staffed by really friendly people. Coffee is good and fairly priced. There were seats available on a Sunday lunchtime and parking is on James Street, which is metered and hard to come by. They have a medium array of cakes and slices.
Coffee is nice but I don’t understand why you order a takeaway coffee but have to stand at the counter the whole time and they take your money at the end. I wanted to sit down and relax and wait.
Awesome, family-run cafe! We had a delicious breakfast here - loved the Globe wrap with actual crispy bacon, like I asked! and avocado Turkish roll. Give the other, overrated cafes a miss and head straight for Globe
When a cafe owner doesn't believe there's anything wrong with serving you an almond milk latte that's grainy & split..... need I say anymore about the standards of this cafe. If youre one of the thousands of people who enjoys coffee with nut milk, you'll have no trouble finding cafes in Burleigh heads that make delicious, smooth coffees without a bad attitude.. just not at Globe cafe
Was a little confused at first because I had walked into the GLOBE skate shop waiting for my friends to have brunch. So you might want to have a bigger sign outside that doesn’t hide amongst all the other stores around you. Has a nice range of food but $11 for toast and eggs ? $11 for a bowl of fruit and yogurt. The food was like something I would cook at home. I eat eggs and toast with avo and tomato would usually cost me about $4 or pretty much less.
Something special about this place. Unassuming and appetising... 1 Value for money is always something you expect. 2 Well presented staff, wearing a smile does assist, this was certainly proof the owner manages them well. 3 The coffee..... I may be a snob with the bean and baristas about this city.... Well what can I say, After my 5th visit, I would now believe there's no better in the street. Photo to post next visit.

Visited here this morning. Absolutely the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Was very accomodating and was an expert in juice combinations. Will be back next time I’m in the Gold Coast.
