Love pancakes for breakfast so having this many options is a luxury as most cafes don’t have them! Eggs Benny was 3.5/5 but still yum. Coffee was delicious and fresh. Service was spectacular and atmosphere was nice but nothing to ride home about.Food: 4/5

My local friend took me here for our first breakfast. Our experience was great! The prices are fair for the area and the coffee was perfect. I had for breakfast the avo smash with salmon and it was amazing. I had a decent amount of salmon and avo on a thick slice of sourdough. My friend had the bruscetta brekki and it was just right if not even a little too much bacon. I took note of this place for my next visit in GC :
Great breakfast! Had the corn fritters with bacon and it was delicious. Hubby had eggs Benny and kids had the pancakes… everything was spot on and the coffee was fantastic. Service was awesome too!

Good food here, yummy, juice not over cooked. You could ask for the food cooked condition you want. Friendly staff, nice clean environment, good cover for the sun. My friend used to come here for brunch, he took me to here today. Highly recommended. Btw, the cheesy egg omelette is so good.
My score is based on the Rosti Stack we ordered. We've been coming here for years but this time the food was a let down. My husband and I ordered the same meal. His came out first, warm, mine came out a few minutes later, the bacon and egg were cold and mine was missing the avocado so I had to ask for it. Their potato stack is now a cube, the centre was cold like fridge cold, it seems like these are precooked kept in the fridge and then warmed up but not enough for the centre to heat up. My poached eggs resembled a hard boiled egg, see photo. Both my partner and I agreed that the holondaise sauce did not taste like holondaise. The upside is we were told the Rosti Stack is now GF. The cappuccino on almond milk in a mug tasted lovely but could have been hotter, was lukewarm. The new chef might want to rethink a few things!
Really friendly and welcoming staff, great food. The banana smoothie hit the spot and had great flavour. Scrambled eggs were great, was only served with 1 piece of bread, should’ve been 2 pieces.
The WORST breakfast I’ve ever had living on the GC. It looked like slop on my plate. The rosti didnt even taste like potato and was sooo oily, the mushrooms tasted off, they threw a couple of cherry tomatoes on the plate which tasted like off eggs, and the avocado slice was so hard I couldn’t even slice into it! An overall poor experience i cannot believe i paid $26 to sift threw my plate, only to have to pay and leave to the next cafe to pay AGAIN to eat a better meal!!! No quality in the food and no presentation what so ever I’m actually very disappointed that this was even served to a paying customer.
