Disappointing unfortunately. Gave them a few chances but service was so poor every time. No greeting, ignored by staff (too busy talking to friends), no smiles or pleasantries, tables and menus dirty, cold sloppy tasteless food, lack of communication from staff, ridiculously loud radio, long wait for food etc etc. Sad :(

I was so disappointed by this place! It looked so nice and the coffee was fine, but the food was all old. The tofu part of my meal was off, as was the guacamole which is normally so good! The salad looked as though it had been stored for ages and the corn I had on my meal was half cold and half hot, extremely watery and slightly off tasting as well. The staff were lovely but they need to assess the freshness of their food.

food is good, staff are not. Your staff watch us walk in but are unable to greet us. To busy talking to each other rather than cleaning tables. No cumstomer service at all.

So yummy and amazing for the value. I got the fiesta bowl and was amazed at the portion size! Second time coming here! My boyfriend loves the buckwheat pancakes and I've gotten the sweet potatoe falafel burger as well (so delicious).

Food sounds and looks pretty good but taste is pretty average. Would expect a lot better for the price they’re charging. Gave this place to shots and same feeling both times.
