I had a great experience at Sydney Tools thanks to Albert. He was very helpful, patient, and took the time to clearly explain what I was buying and what options would be better for my needs. He didn’t rush me and made sure I understood everything before making a decision.nnReally appreciate the honest advice and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Albert if you visit!
I recently purchased gloves from Sydney Tools. After the purchase, I checked the price and realized that I had been charged more than I should have been. When I returned and requested a refund for the extra amount, the staff did not process the refund. I was also disappointed with the staff’s behaviour and the way they spoke to me. Their communication was rude and unprofessional. I am very unhappy with the service I received and expected much better customer service.
Drew looked after me, He took a heap of time to make sure that we got everything we needed at price that was competitive with the lowest advertised prices locally.nWell done Drew.
Staff are so useless and rude, you walk in and there’s a group of 5 chatting at the desk, they look at you but no hi, hello or can I help you? Then once I’ve helped myself because no one’s doing their job, I had to stand there and wait for them to be done yapping to pay. Unsure of if it’s because I’m female but a crap environment non the less.
Walked in the doors yesterday and was very out of my depth. I was instantly greeted by Drew on my way through the doors and he was super helpful, went above and beyond, gave me his knowledge and recommendation but ultimately let me make the decision. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!
