Awesome store - blokes who work there are laid back and professional. They know what they're talking about and don't muck around like other big box stores.nnAs a cherry on top, multiple times I've gone in they've chucked in freebies without mentioning it or making a big deal about it. This wasn't just for big spends either. Last time I went I needed $15 of scotchbrite, and they chucked in $5 for free. Definitely makes you want to come back.
Walked in, and was looking at the Milwaukee kits, and was approached by Jordan, a super friendly and helpful worker, who helped me immensely pick out a Milwaukee tool kit at the last minute of the day as i was in a rush.nnWill be driving down to specifically this store again for future tool purchases.
Probably a great store for tradies who know what they want. Only been once and there were a few staff about but none asked if I wanted some help, which I did. I went to one of the guys and he directed me to someone else. Didn't bother further. For an average non tradie Joe like me I'd go elsewhere.
Went down to swap a small argon bottle on a Sunday morning as couldn't see stock at stores closer to me. Staff member met me at the door. Took my bottle and swapped it over quickly whilst I waited at the counter. Staff member was polite, efficient and helpful. So rare these days it justified a review from me. Thank you.
Walked in was greeted by some friendly and helpful blokes who asked if I needed help, and introduced to the helpful one. The stoe has a good range, is well laid out.
