One of my favourite stops to visit and liberate my inner artist, or lack thereof. I'm pretty certain it's a 3 legged unicorn on methn- munch on some good food, and gaze at the things I want.nIf you have a passion for organic pottery and dinnerware, expect to liberate your bank account too, you are warned. ... In all seriousness though, for health and wellness it all comes under the ledger heading of 'therapy' and you don't have specify which kind!! nnI do wish RG would use some of that pottery clay to fill in all the pottery holes in the carpark!
We had the best time here today at Robert Gordon Pottery for my wife’s birthday. She had booked a session in the workshop from 10-11am. Our forgot the lady’s name taking care of us with the glasses and neck length black hair, but she was great. She explained everything in great detail and always helped everyone if they needed anything. The showroom had so much to look at in there. We had a look around and could have honestly have spent so much more time looking at all the beautiful pieces they make and sell. The sinks looked amazing and we wanted one for our house. The cafe which I have heard such great things about was busy too.. love all the decor around and how they have decorated and presented everything. A must visit while in the area while in Lakeside, Pakenham.
Pleasant place to visit being well set out and airy. Did a 'paint your own' session with my 9 year old grand daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We can't wait to get our items back. We are definately going there again. Apparently gift vouchers are available.
Second time I have been here and I LOVE the seconds table. Some of the standard tableware available is mass produced in China, it is still designed in Australia you just need to check the label. Make your way to the seconds table where most of the pieces are made in here. The beauty is that most of the time you can’t even tell why it has been classified second. The price is also between $10-15 a piece, half the normal cost!!
Came here to meet a friend for coffee. And thought could do early shopping for Christmas. Really spoilt for choice for all different design, texture or pottery ware.nPrices are quite dear considered they are designed in Australia and made in China.nWould still considered buying it as gifts for good friends.nPlace is great and staff are friendly.
