Always love shopping at Bunnings. Great store with friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to the guy who helped me with the product info today, and also to the lovely lady in the plant nursery who patiently helped with my payment. She was so polite, friendly, and had great knowledge about plants. She was also nicely explaining the benefits of lemongrass while serving me. Great customer service all around.
Bad experiences. Went there for dewalt tools and as per Bunnings website collecting instant instore bonus. No one there AM 03.05 knew about their own website published redemption offers. I had to show the staff about the Buntings redemption website on my own phone and waited another half an hour as one of staff told me’ I have to find a way to process the offer in our system’. After a gathering of 5-6 staff and argument, finally I could get my purchase processed. Still they refused to supply every thing mentioned in the offer and tried to rationale themselves by reading their policies to me. After the purchase, the manager who I guess she is, said to me multiple times ‘that’s it. That’s all. We don’t have anymore.’ Which I don’t understand what she is trying to imply.nFrankly speaking, I wish I never entered that store. It looks like I was NOT buying but begging. I do really appreciate the young male staff who tried to help and speak up for me as his interpretation of their polices is the same as mine. But he was constantly questioned by his colleagues or managers by ‘ I know that but I’m asking… ‘nIn general, if you have to buy stuff from them only because of stock, good luck. Be prepared.
Had a wonderful girl named Tayla help me today. She was extremely helpful and friendly.nWas a pleasure shopping at Pakenham Bunnings today thanks to this lovely lady.
I can't recommend enough this store . Absolutely helpful staff and I had an interesting incident where they had to locate my invoice using my bank transactions, after a while they were able to locate my transaction and Kim was so helpful in searching the invoice for me.nGreat team and excellent service..
I had such a great experience with this Bunnings staff member Renee, she took the time to really listen and went above and beyond to help resolve my situation. She was incredibly professional, kind and made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciate her effort
