Popped in with Jake to pick up some Smackos and I was thinking of getting the Sausage SIZZLE Smackos to see if Jake might like them. Great range of pet foods, treats, and comfort accessories. Literally a complete isle dedicated to pets! An instore cafe, toilet facilities and children's playground. Instore trade pick up parking areas. A one stop do it yourself hardware store.nAmple parking. Easy access. Great stock range. Friendly service. Trade Customers Service Desk friendly, courteous and always helpful with any enquiries.
Went in to your pakenham store on Sunday at 12.30 in afternoon. 3 of your staff standing at entrance busy talking.nNot one staff member acknowledged us as we approached them to let them know we were taking tiles in to store, they kept on having their conversation we had to wait completely ignoring us they weren't even talking about work. Very rude no customer service at all. Definitely will not go to that store again. I know you won't care but this is disgraceful behaviour. Give the jobs to someone who actually wants to work..
I am actually discusted in Bunnings, we have been buying products for over 10 years or more and was dealing with The most valuable Trade Specialist you will ever have and they tried to demote her. They meaning the new Complex Manager or even higher I suppose, Louise, she had been looking after us since we started to purchase through bunnings and now she is gone. You put the pricing of your products up nearly every fortnight but we still purchased through you solely being the loyal people we are and you do this to your 1 worker that also has been a loyal employee. I am discusted!!!!!!!!! I have also found you have got rid of others, Chad, Alan, Paul, omg my list can go on and on that we have dealt with, in a horrible manner just so you can save a buck. But still your pricing seems to rise and rise!!!! Bunnings you completely disappoint. !!!!!!!!!!!! You actually make me sooooo angry that I will not go into your store ever again.....nMy husbands business has spent alot of money over the years and not small amounts. We have spent over the hundreds of thousands.....if you can treat people with so much disrespect I don't want nothing to do with u.........Louise was an asset not a liability. I am sooooo angry!!!!!
This Bunnings is huge and you can find anything you really need. Parking is easy to find and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend going here.
I ordered a special order of pavers in mid February and got sent totally the wrong thing! I did initially get told it was correct, and that batches could be a little different because of different manufacturers. Not this different! See image.nA long story short and so many issues, I finally picked up my order yesterday 3mths later -from an initial 1 week to arrive order and guess what it is still not right and now they have ‘lost’ some of my original order. I was offered half my money back a few weeks into this shamble of an order, but really not good enough Bunnings.nThe service at this store has declined lately also, and I have been going here for 20 years.
