Went into the store to buy new masterbuit BBQ, unfortunately they didn't have what i wanted the stock, but sales service i got from Debbie was second to none! friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful i did Purchase from another barbecue galore but thats only because of Debbie being so helpful and helping find what suits my needs ! Highly recommend going to see Debbie at Pakenham If you're ever in need of a BBQ.
My wife and I visited this store just recently. Looking to purchase a barbeque that we could use at home or a portable use. With the expertise assistance from Debbie, we bought the Ziggy Classic portable bbq. Debbie’s assistance with our queries and knowing her products, enabled us to purchase with confidence and we are very happy with our Ziggy. Debbie also assisted us with a new gas bottle and other products to use with the Ziggy or to help maintain the Ziggy well into the future. My wife and I were also very grateful with the help of the two young fellas with carrying the Ziggy to our car. All the very best, Derek & Sharyn from Drouin

I looked on BBQ's Galore website and had roughly worked out the BBQ I wanted, I then rang their Pakenham store and spoke to Adam, his product knowledge was excellent, and couldn't have been more helpful, my purchase was quick and efficient, way to go BBQ's Galore Pakenham !!!
Worst customer service. Person working kept looking over to the counter but refused to come over and serve customers waiting! Do your job and serve customers! Waited 10 minutes at the counter then walked out.
BBQs Galore Pakenham have a great shop and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a little chat to help you out, then if you want they'll leave you alone to look around comfortably at what you want to. They're there on standby to discuss any follow up questions you may have and take purchases/orders for you. They let you know a timeframe when your purchases will be ready for pick up and phone you once its there. All round great service from start to finish.
Review edit Feb 3 2021: order was supposed to be delivered mid Jan. Nothing arrived, no phone calls. 2 weeks of phoning the warehouse we finally get through. We were told, now, end of March delivery or we can have an incomplete floor display stock now. Disgusting service, we are now considering cancelling the order and buying elsewhere. Still no communication from head office over this 10week wait. Personally, go elsewhere!! Original review: I received prompt friendly service here, they were able to answer all my questions. Ended up buying a deluxe BBQ and outdoor setting. Issue I had was when I purchased I asked if they were going to be on sale over Xmas, if so I would wait 2 days. Sales Person said neither item, both being new products would be on Sale. 2 days later they were both on Sale. I returned and asked for price match as they advertise they do. This should not have been a 20 minute argument only resolved when I demanded my order be cancelled. I will continue to shop here, but now I have a serious trust issue
Kind and friendly people. Helped us out a lot when choosing a wood fire heater, there was a little hiccup with the shipment but they were quick to fix it and even threw in some things for compensation. Manager was lovely and had a few calls after to check up and see if everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend
I recently bought a Zeigler & Brown Turbo Elite 5 burner on a cart. Although this is an expensive BBQ, I was really happy with the quality and the assembly process. It all went together easily with no alignment issues. No cheap self tappers and a very solid construction. The RQT burners are really something and our first use went without a hitch. The burners gave a powerful and evenly spread heat so no constant rearranging the meat to get even cooking. That has always been a problem with past BBQs I have owned. I hesitated before buying such an expensive BBQ but I have not been disappointed. Further, the staff at the Pakenham store were very helpful and happy to spend time with me answering any questions I had. When I mentioned that I had a bad back and standing was uncomfortable, I was immediately seated and the sales discussion continued much more comfortably. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending BBQs Galore in Pakenham or the Zeigler and Brown brand.
