So I'm getting around on crutches at the moment while i recover from a broken leg.nnI managed to hobble from the Bunnings car park because there's never parking available at Officeworks Pakenham.nnI think I made it past at least 5 staff members in store without any acknowledgement, greeting, or offer of assistance. All just carrying on with their daily duties. I got to the back corner of the store to check out a desk chair. Loved the chair and knew that was what I wanted. I then limped all the way back to the front of the store so that I could tell the register staff what I wanted to buy. They had me waiting over 5 minutes for someone to fetch the chair for me.nnI would have rated 1 star but they were kind enough to bring it to my car for me.nVery poor service in store though.
I received the most outstanding service. Christine and Mia went above and beyond to help me.nI’m not the most tech-savvy person, but they were incredibly patient and guided me through the whole process. Their help made everything so much easier, and I truly appreciate their support. Thank you both for such wonderful service.
I really don't like giving bad reviews on places I like but I had a bad experience with printing and laminating. it came out so bad and had completely changed color to a white grainy look, and she charged me $10 so I went back and told her that it's not good, so she re-did them free of charge which was nice until I saw how badly she did them, poorly with air bubbles and half of it not even lemonated. Over all she was nice about it but I'm still very disappointed with this experience
not professional. I had bad experience with them, it was closing time, they asked me outside and they give me my printouts when ready. I waited for half an hour but none of them showed up neither they apologised nor phoned me
I believe her name was Bridie working at the photo centre friday 18th october evening....she helped me get something printed. My phone wouldn't connect my emails would work vodafail and she made sure i had what i needed printed before I left....it was challenging with a young child with me...she helped me so much would give 10 stars if I could!!!
