Shocking service a the photo print counter, first the self serve print wasnt working, but there wasnt any sign until you went to the printer, than the 30 minute wait because the girl didnt seem to know what she was doing with a simple print. Felt even sorrier for the guy in front of me who had being waiting longer for a passport photo, only to be told it's not working, and it hadnt being working for over a week, why after a week don't they have a sign up saying sorry it is out of action. Just wasting customers time, with poor service.
We were served today by Kim in print copy and create area. Wonderfully helpful service. I would say she went over and beyond to help me. Thsnk you Kim
I've become somewhat regular at this store and the level of compassion and kindness from the staff members there really shows. There are a few members in particular who I want to shout out: Felicity who has helped me print not only our wedding stationery a couple of months ago but also my planners for next year just recently which were time-consuming and done with no complaints - she is always very friendly and it is nice to be known and seen as a customer. The printing jobs are also done to a high standard. Please give her two badges for the great work she has done on these two occasions. Tim helped me out this morning when I made a mistake with my printing job and saved me hundreds of dollars which I will be forever grateful for and brought tears of joy for me. His compassion will always be remembered by me. I also want to thank Becky who told me about the badge system and who I can tell holds value for her coworkers which is really nice to see especially at the most busy time of the year. Happy to be a loyal customer here!
Don't order online, they take days just to even pack the order and ship it. Most good companies these days will endeavour to get orders out within 24 hours at the most. These guys don't hurry, that's for sure. It took me a week to receive one item, from an hour away. That's just bad! Their website tells you your expected day, but it obviously doesn't pass that message on to the people in the warehouse.
I went in today to get some stuff printed and the young man who served me was very good in organising the job, considering there were quite a few people waiting. He worked well under pressure and remained polite and efficient. Well done.
