I actually like it that staff speak in English and don't talk in another language with other staff when serving a customer.nPretty much fully stocked with specials changing weekly. Friendly and courteous customer service with ample staff to assist with any enquiries. Nicely air-conditioned and all beers, wines and spirits stoced and displayed throughout.nA great variety of wines, spirits and beers with the option of purchasing your frozen bags of ice nAmple parking out front, with easy access parking areas.
Being told my daughter cant enter the store in a school uniform or i would be denied service even when it was 35° outside, have spent around $200 a week in this store for last few years, this will be our last time.nnWe all understand there are people out there buying for under-age kids, but the way you guys go about it is crap,

Had a great experience with a couple of young gentleman on Anzac Day. Greeted upon walking in and instantly was asked if I needed a hand. Young chap asked if I wanted to taste some new products and it was amazing, walked around looking for things and must’ve been asked about 3 times if I needed a hand, very pleasant experience. Don’t know there names but came in after 5 o clock
Shut an hour earlier than Google told me and was really keen on kicking me out even though I already had two bottles of ouzo and two bottles of red I did also want 2 bottles of Grandfather port which would have made it nearly a $500 sale, no warning of closing just we are closing take your stuff to the counter, in my retail experience your loss for five minutes of your time Dan's. Typical of our customer service these days.
