I love shopping at ALDI Lakeside Pakenham,nWhy you ask...because the staff are terrific, especially Cory, Shivani, they're so helpful, kind, they're the sort of people I want around me when I shop. There are other staff that are great, Kyle, Katherine, Gille.n95% of the staff are terrific, I just don't know their names.nI've shopped at 4 other locations and the staff don't touch the crew at Pakenham. ALDI is very lucky to have the staff they do.nALDI needs to give them a Raise and have them train staff from other stores.nThey really are a credit to your company.
Rude cashier in the first register, came in around 6:30pm. I wasn’t aware she was glaring me off cause I had quite a bit of items I was taking out of my troller . My mum was behind me with her own trolley and few items and I take my last item out and she goes can I serve the other customer first the person behind my mum confused I said but I’ve placed all my items already??? She then rudely goes well come on then.nnMaybe ask BEFORE someone with more items finishes NOT after , so weird . Then I hear her talk about it with that customer, I was standing right next to them, they didn’t even realise smh. Do better, ask when you should cause we don’t mind leaving someone infront but glaring and asking after makes no sense .

Not good asked 2 different staff if there were any more small savaloys neither new what they were yet there was a spot for them.
They always check my empty bag only Pakenham does it no other ALDI does it that's why I don't go there anymorenThey don't check the person in front of me or behind me I find as bullying
