Discovered a lovely wine, purchased a gift for myself. Need another Aldi in pakenham.....always busy and never enough car parks.
Very disappointed with my aldi shop. Open the salami to do my husbands lunch only to find one of the 4 batches on the bulk buy salami is brown and smells funky glad I noticed before putting it on the sandwiches
Always happy with products from Aldi. However consistently Sundays morning shoppers and the team there decide to do all their replenishment when store opens, lots of shoppers causing dangers and frustrating additional congestion. Poor planning. Today was at its worst, shoppers couldn't get through aisles for fridge as there were 3 pallets and electric pallet jacks. Would be much better productivity for the tram to replenish when no shoppers in the way too. Please consider.
We love Aldi Some of our favourites are the frozen roti bread, frozen bao buns, the European chocolate, dried fruit, salmon and dairy products.
Review for Manager Lilian – ALDI PakenhamnnI had a very disappointing experience today at ALDI Pakenham with Manager Lilian. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the checkout process. I was with my three boys and had two trolleys, and instead of offering basic courtesy or guidance, she spoke to my kids in a harsh tone, telling them to “move,” even though they were already standing in the correct place. The actual obstruction was another customer’s large trolley, yet she chose to direct her attitude toward my children.nnWhen I politely addressed the issue, she interrupted me and insisted she “wasn’t rude,” showing no manners or willingness to listen. The worst part was when she very arrogantly stated, “I’m the manager,” as if that justified her behaviour. A manager should set the highest standard of customer service, not use the title to talk down to customers.nnAfter checking online, I noticed other negative reviews mentioning her behaviour — even a photo posted by another unhappy customer. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident.nnALDI should seriously reconsider employing someone in a manager role who lacks basic customer service skills, friendliness, and respect. A manager is supposed to lead by example, not behave in a grumpy, egoistic, or dismissive manner. My family and I left feeling shocked and uncomfortable — something that should never happen during a simple grocery trip.
