*EDIT - adding that Josh from front end was fantastic and helpful.nThe LAST time we will order/shop/buy from Coles. I’m writing this in the click and collect bay. Incredibly frustrating that it takes 20 minutes to bring out a click and collect order when notified I was on my way 35 minutes ago. Is this not supposed to be the more efficient way of collecting groceries? Not only that but last week in our click and collect, we received a mouldy garlic, the week before completely missed a piece of our order. I tried calling the store both times and contacted customer support on the Coles app and NOTHING. Will be switching to Woolworths. So frustrated and disappointed.
I went in Coles Lakeside on a Monday night to get some of my regular items. There were two guys pushing a very large heavy cage/crate on wheels. They did not show any care whatsoever. They acted very rude and almost ran me over with it. I reacted and looked at them. They could not be bothered and just went on. I find the attitude of some of these people working on the floor very arrogant. It is not the first time I have come across such carefree behavior in Coles Lakeside. I hope management will do something about this.
Really friendly staff. Helpful finding product. Go to for weekly shop.
Friendly customer service. Ample parking. Easy access from car park. Great range of groceries.
Sorry to say, the customer service is very poor, staff are very rude and unprofessional at the register. Though I am the regular customer ,definitely I would recommend the head office to review their staff professional development and behaviour management please !!
