I was recently assisted by a young man named Noah, and I was truly impressed by his customer service. He handled my items with great efficiency, scanning them quickly while ensuring the bags remained neat and organized.nnAlso, the store was very clean as well, and the floor fruit and veg area had plenty of fresh stock. The floor staff also treated me very well. Would 100% recommend shopping here.
Much appreciated to the staff member who ensured I didn't run off without my cash out when rushing the other day!nThe staff here are a point of difference from the other local offerings. Outside of that, however, there isn't much to be said.nThe reception makes the place a nightmare because even a call or a text to confirm something can prove impossible. Couple that with the layout feeling foreign and strange and the range of products not being on the same level as the other Woolies in the area results in this being a last port of call for many.nIf it is your local and you work out the other kinks there is no reason why you shouldn't offer your patronage here but, despite this being the closest Woolies to me, my visit here a few days ago was my first in around 3 years.nWith the surrounding stores and sense of convenience feeling superior at Arena or Central, not to mention the frequency of leaving without what you came for at Lakeside, elsewhere just has more appeal.
great, bright place with good fresh fruit and veg, deli, fresh ready meals for one by muscle chef etc, huge ice cream selection and all the other usual supermarket products. Clean too.

Very disappointed. Jalana custom service in-charge is very Beauty product she is refused to give me at 2for 50. But online it is still on 2 for 50.She told me that some customers moved the stickers.nShe needs to be get training how to deal with customers.
